Leadership School 2026

Thank you for expressing interest in Leadership School 2026. Here is some important information to help you make a decision to enrol.

  • Leadership School 2026 offers Christian young adults a structured path to develop as leaders through hands-on experiences and spiritual insights.
  • Our Vision is to raise up leaders who “Influence Every Space, Place and Face for God”.
  • Our approach in Leadership School is one of action learning. Research suggests that action learning fosters practical skills like real-life problem-solving and reflection, which align with the program's emphasis on real-world application in ministry and community roles.
  • Participants often report enhanced confidence and faith integration, though outcomes can vary based on individual engagement and group dynamics.

Program Structure

Our in-person information session happens on Sunday 22 February 2026 (i.e. just before the Group kicks off) at 4:30pm.

The 23 Group Sessions for teaching and mentoring occur on Sundays from 15h00-17h15 (March 1 to September 20) followed by active serving at the Evening Service from 17h30-19h00.  Students will be required to be actively involved in serving the church and there is compulsory attendance to the 17h30pm evening service where you will be serving. There are breaks during school-breaks and holidays, for a total of 23 meetings. The programme also includes two camps and opportunities for mission-outreaches.

It uses modular bursts for content delivery, starting with prophetic training (which aims to help students hear the voice of God more clearly, receive God’s direction and then lead others in following God) and progressing to personal strengths assessments, communication skills, and leadership principles. Our mentors undergo ongoing parallel training from February to September, drawing from key texts to empower them to guide students effectively.

The structure includes four-week Basic Prophetic Training (BPT) bursts, three-week Clifton Strengths assessments, two-week communication modules, and adapted coverage of Maxwell's 21 laws over 11 sessions. Additional elements like camps, missions, and commissioning events extend learning beyond classrooms, promoting gritty determination and high impact.

Core Focus Areas

The curriculum emphasizes hearing God's voice, building relational skills, and achieving a measurable impact in the church and beyond. It draws on biblical foundations like Proverbs for wisdom and Acts 2 for Spirit-led action, promoting transformation from insecurity to empowerment.

Course Description

Leadership School 2026 stands as an innovative action-learning leadership development course tailored for young Christian adults, blending experiential education with deep spiritual formation to equip participants for influential roles in church, community, and broader society. Rooted in the principles of action-learning - which is a process for individual, organizational, and social development through problem-solving in small groups—this program encourages real-time application of concepts to foster resilience, creativity, and collaborative skills. This approach, when infused with faith elements, can lead to profound personal shifts, such as moving from passive involvement to active leadership.

At its core, the course aims to train individuals to discern God's voice, cultivate personal and relational competencies, and make tangible contributions locally and globally. Drawing from 2025 feedback, where participants averaged 9.3/10 ratings for satisfaction and growth, the 2026 version of the programme will incorporate more interactivity, early practical exercises, and community bonding to mitigate pacing concerns. The missional vision—to raise up leaders who "Influence Every Space, Place and Face for God"—guides all activities, emphasizing bold evangelism, unity, and revival as a lifestyle, supported by key scriptures like 2 Chronicles 7:14 for humility and John 15 for abiding in Christ.

The program's action-learning framework involves small group reflections on real challenges, making it distinct from traditional lectures.

We sincerely hope that you will enrol and join us for this potentially life-changing experience with the Lord.
